Laser therapy improves these symptoms.
Laser therapy has a tightening effect because it works on layers deeper than the vaginal surface.
It also moisturizes the vagina, making it ideal for those who suffer from painful intercourse, dryness and itching.
Collagen is regenerated in the tissue because it can be irradiated deep into the vagina.
This increases the thickness and flexibility of the vaginal wall, improves looseness, tightens the tissues around the vagina and urethra, and may also improve leakage (urinary incontinence). At the same time, the vaginal wall covering the bladder and rectum is strengthened to prevent prolapse of the bladder and rectum (cystocele and rectocele).
IntimaLaser Treatment Sequence
Step. 01 Anesthesia
The back of the vagina is less sensitive to heat and pain, but the area near the vaginal entrance is sensitive to heat, so an anesthetic cream is applied about 15~20 minutes before the treatment.
You may feel some heat during the procedure, but there is little or no pain.
Step. 02 Laser Therapy
A special applicator, similar to an instrument used in gynecological exams, is inserted into the vagina and the laser is slowly beamed around the vagina, vulva, and urethral opening for about 15 minutes.
The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis and is safe enough for even sexually active people and those who want to become pregnant.
Step. 03 After Treatment
You can return to your daily activities immediately after treatment. We recommend that you prepare a sanitary napkin or sheet for the area immediately after the treatment, as you may feel a burning sensation in the irradiated area for a few hours and a clear discharge may continue for 2~3 days.
Also, please avoid inserting anything into the vagina, such as sexual intercourse or using tampons, for about 3 days to 1 week.
Depending on your symptoms, one to three treatments every month or two will thicken the walls inside the vagina and urethra and improve symptoms.
About After Treatment
Clinical results with the Intima Laser show that
50~70% of symptoms can be resolved (effect can be seen) after just one treatment.
After that, by repeating the treatment for the second and third time, recovery is seen by about 10% for each treatment.
There have been no reports of serious side effects such as swelling of the affected area, minor bleeding, or increased discharge, all of which disappear within a few hours to a few days.

Cycle/number of clinic visits
One to three treatments are recommended at 4-8 week intervals.（For thinning hair, 4-5 times every two rounds.）
Effectiveness varies from person to person, so some people may see an improvement in their symptoms after just one treatment, while others, particularly those with severe symptoms, may need three or more treatments.
It is also recommended that maintenance treatment be continued for about a year after the last treatment, if symptoms appear to have improved.
